Get started with Office 365.  Your organization recently got Office 365, and now you need to use Office 365 so you can start reading email, sharing documents, and more. Learn how to set up and use Office 365 on your computer, phone, and tablet.

Setup a mobile device with Office 365.  Learn how to add your email account to your mobile device, and how to install and set up Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote on your tablet or smartphone.


Start using Office and Office Online.  Office 365 includes Office Online and works with Office desktop programs. 


Start using OneDrive for Business and Office 365 Groups.  Office 365 includes three services that let you share ideas and documents, and collaborate with people inside and outside of your organization: Sites, OneDrive, and Newsfeed.


Start using Office Web App for email and calendars.  Go online with Outlook Web App and get your email, add appointments, create Lync Meeting information, and set up Outlook to access your Office 365 email, contacts, and calendar.


Start using Skype for BusinessOffice 365 includes Skype for Business, which lets you have instant messaging (IM), audio and video conversations.


Change account settings in Office 365.  If you're using Office 365 for business or education, you can change your work or school account settings, including your language, password, and more.

Entering a Customer Service Request

If you are experiencing a technical problem please navigate to the CSR Ticket Login Page and enter your WISD network username and password in the appropriate fields. After you login, create a ticket describing the problem.  The tickets generated by the system send alerts to everyone in Technology, so we will see your ticket and respond.

Calling the Help Desk

If your problem is an emergency, call us at x1286 (734-994-8100 x 1286). The phones are manned M-F; 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Customers requesting support, who are not employees of WISD, should still call the Help Desk number.  If we can help you, we will.
