The role of the Technology Services Department is to provide innovations and comprehensive infrastructure and operations support to the students and staff of the Washtenaw Intermediate School District. Good service is always our goal!


Contacting Technology For Support

Entering a Customer Service Request

If you are experiencing a technical problem with your technology please navigate to the CSR Ticket Login Page and enter your WISD network username and password in the appropriate fields. After you login, create a ticket describing the problem.  The tickets generated by the system send alerts to everyone in Technology, so we will see your ticket and respond.

Calling the Help Desk

If your problem is an emergency, call us at x1286 (734-994-8100 x 1286). The phones are manned M-F; 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Customers who are not employees of WISD should call the Help Desk at the number above, to request support.  If we can help you, we will.

Requesting Updates to the WISD Website

The WISD website is a department individualized Content Management System(CMS), with each department responsible for the composition and updating of content on their portions of the website.  If you feel a change is needed to a department's content, please contact the department's designated website editor for further instructions.  The department head or secretary can tell you who that is.  If your change suggestion is beyond the website editor's permission set or abilities, then they will contact the Technology webmaster for help.
